Whether TDS is to be deducted for payment to non-resident for purchase of plant & machinery? If yes, at what rate?
What is the whole procedure to be followed?
Including form no. 15CA, 15CB, etc.

For the transaction of Purchase of Plant & Machinery, TDS is not required to be deducted.
