Tds on payment of residential rent

Ours is a private limited company and one of our employees has been provided a rental premises for residence purpose. Whether we will have to deduct TDS while making payment of Rent to the landlord and such tds comes as under which head

TDS on rent is not applicable for residential purpose.

If company take premises for rent, if rent exceeds RS.180000 PA than TDS is applicable .
29 November 2016
But the rent is paid only for residential purpose of employees. So no TDS liability will arise.
