According to the 194H tds deduction law.

12 August 2025 Yes, from April 2025, TDS deduction on OTA commissions (Section 194H) is mandatory.

Commission paid or payable to OTA must be recorded net of TDS.

TDS deducted should be deposited with the government and reported in TDS returns.
