APPLICABILITY OF SEC 194 IA ON PURCHASES OF LAND ON ETERNAL LEASE MORE OVER WHEN THE ALLOTMENT OF LAND IS OF DT. 30/05/2013 & ONE FOURTH PAYMENT WAS EFFECTED BEFORE DATE & REST AMOUNT WAS PAID AFTER 1 JUNE 2013.
