Sir,
We are purchasing raw materials from PSU.Due to late payment they have charged us interest.
Will someone clarify me wheteher interest charged by PSU for late payment falls under the ambit of u/s 194A.The PSU has not deducted TDS on the interst debited by them.
Please clarify me the same in details.
