WHETHER TDS ON INTEREST ON LOAN TAKEN FROM HUF WILL BE SUBJECT TO TDS U/S 194A

If you are an individual or HUF you are liable to TDS deduction only if your books of account are audited u/s 44AB in the immediately preceding year.

if you have taken loan from NBFC than you have to deduct TDS on Interest
