TDS on immovable property

I bought a flat having value of 51 lacs which includes 2 lacs of service tax Do I have to deduct tds.

As the value of the property exceeds 50 lacs you have to deduct TDS but TDS applicable on 49 lacs only if service tax is shown separately.

If sale consideration shown 50 lakhs and above tds to be deducted.
