08 April 2016 I bought a flat having value of 51 lacs which includes 2 lacs of service tax Do I have to deduct tds.

08 April 2016 As the value of the property exceeds 50 lacs you have to deduct TDS but TDS applicable on 49 lacs only if service tax is shown separately.
