Tds on hotel stay

Dear All
Our company is an MNC. Whenever delegates coming from USA, they used to stay in a particular hotel for a period of 10-15 days . The Hotel will raise bill accordingly. there is no specific contract between the company and the Hotel.
Pls let me know the TDS applicability while paying the Hotel bill . Hotel bill includes both Accommodating and Food

short period hotel stay will not covered under preview of tds. but for safer side you should deduct TDS @2% under 194c
