Tds on guide service

Dear friends plz confirm me that if we are getting guide service during the travelling then tds will be deducted on it or not

The payments made to a contractor who provides the service of a guide will be in the nature of payment made in pursuance of a contract for carrying out any work. Accordingly, provisions of section 194C will apply in such cases.

You may apply section 194C. Section 194J will not be applicable.
