14 June 2013 Our Company Had Paid more than 25Lakhs to Indian Traveling Agent Company For Foreign Business tours And Visa Charges Exp Etc...

Is TDS Applicable on This???
If Yes, Then under which Section??

if travel agent show his commission on booking of ticket
then you can deduct tds on commission over rs. 5000/- in a year then @ 10%
