i need to deduct TDS on Facebook but i don't have a pan no of Facebook how Can i deposit 6% TDS please suggest because facebook company registered in IRELAND

who told you that in the absence of PAN, the TDS is 6%?

Sir if pan no is not available i know deduction amount is 20% but i dont have a pan no because billing issued by Facebook from ireland. What i do now could you please suggest me sir

you please ask for PAN. If it has the PAN of India, it will provide you with the same, else deduct 20%
