06 February 2019 i need to deduct TDS on Facebook but i don't have a pan no of Facebook how Can i deposit 6% TDS please suggest because facebook company registered in IRELAND

07 February 2019 Sir if pan no is not available i know deduction amount is 20% but i dont have a pan no because billing issued by Facebook from ireland. What i do now could you please suggest me sir

08 February 2019 you please ask for PAN. If it has the PAN of India, it will provide you with the same, else deduct 20%
