Tds on event manager for decoration and dance performance

hello Sirs,
I am accountant of privat company. at what rate and saction TDS should be deducted from payment to event manager. Total bill amount is 6 lakhs. Eventmanager has to do decoration as well as dance and other performance at our property.
Please advice.

tds can be deducted @ 10% under 194J
