10 March 2016 In Receipt they have give as advertisement, we have paid the amount without deducting TDS. Any other head we can show so that disallowance problem doesnt come

10 March 2016 If you have not got any certificate for donation under sec 80G then no deduction allowed for such donation and then it will be taken as paid for advertsiement only.
