Dear Members
Kindly advice me
A Pvt. Ltd. company has paid rs. 60000 for on A/c of Crane Hire Charges. & Rs.5000 for Fooding .( only one transaction of Rs. 65000)
Dose it attract TDS liability.
if yes under which section TDS is to be deducted.
