Dear Sir,
We are a proprietor firm and provide a order to an individual to construct a building , material will be supplied bt our organization and labor will be provided by the contractor.
what rate of TDS would be applicable.

If the Contractor carries the work in Individual or HUF capacity TDS rate is 1%.
Otherwise it will be 2% of of the Labour Charges Bill.
