i am selling goods there transportation charges paid by me and amount exceeding 30000/- & 75000/- and transporter provided me his PAN Card copy.
on which TDS will be applicable for the A.Y. 2012-13 or not.
Please tell me.

TDS is not required to be deducted. But you will have to give the details of payment and PAN no of the Transporter in your Quarterly TDS return.

Further to the answer of Sanjayji I would like to add that if the Transporter does not provide his PAN No. then TDS has to be deducted @20%
