I wanted to know about the Whether Co. is making payment against credit card of MD.

I wanted to know about the Whether Co. is making payment against credit card of MD.

it depends on the nature of payment.
if MD use this card for payment of company expense and now company is reimbursing it then no TDS.
if this payment is for MD personal expenses then it will be clubbed in income of MD and Comapny will deduct TDS.
if MD use this card for payment of company expense and now company is reimbursing it then no TDS.

If the expenses offial nature- No TDS
If the expenses personal nature reimbursement- TDS will applicable
If the expenses personal nature reimbursement- TDS will applicable
