08 January 2015 if i individual (name Rakesh) arrange other transport (abc tpt. co.) for any pvt. ltd. co. (xyz pvt. ltd.). then can (xyz pvt. ltd.)deduct tds on our freight payment if (rakesh) give own pan number.
