TDS - Not filed with Dept FY 2009-10

20 October 2010 Dear Sir,

I am an Accountant working with CA, sir i have not filed TDS return to the Dept for the FY 2009-10 of Q4, but i have made payment within Due date, whether i ll get penalty for that if it is filed now.

20 October 2010 file TDS return before receving the notice, Penalty is Rs.100 per day from the due date to date of return suject to TDS amount involved in the return.
