Dear sir,
if i can not deposit tds on job work for finanacial year 2009-10 the last date of tds deposit is 31.05.2010 in respect of booking date of exp. is 31.03.2010. because i can not received these bills up to 31.05.2010. the what is the procedure of claim these bill in financial year 2009-10.

For claiming expenses TDS can be paid on or before the Income tax return date. but you need to pay with interest

Deposit amount with 1% interest pm immidiately before filing of IT Return.
