Tds mismatch & revise return

SIR i had efiled itr - 1 before due date for A.Y.2013-14. after processing the itr i got 143(1)notice from ITO due to tds mismatch.but on it website tax credit mismatch shows - TAX CREDIT CLAIMED IS FULLY MATCHED WITH TAX CREDIT AVAILABLE IN 26AS.
but when i got the notice and recheck the 26AS it shows tds deducted on salary as well as bank interest.
so i want to know what should i do?
(1) should i revised the original return. or
(2) submit the rectification request.
please sir solve my problem. its very urgent.

Dear Yumansh,
You can file rectification request online, but it normally takes too much time to process and after that also you are (5)more prone to further143(1) notice/143(2) notice. In this case, as you have filed original return within due date I would suggest you to file revised return u/s 139(5)

Hi
Generally it happens when tax credit happens to your 26AS after notice is generated by IT.
You can write letter with copy of your form 26 AS, if possible meet your AO & get it resolved.
This is system bug.

Revise your return. include TDS on interest also. Once the revised return is processed, 143(1) already issued will abate.
