Dear All,
Pl. advice to us for failure of TDS Payment Regularly than what is rate of interest imposed on the TDS amt ? per month.

For non deduction or late deduction of TDS @1% per month for the default period. For TDS deducted on time but delay in payment/remit to the Government @1.5% per month for the default period will charge as penalty.
