When should we deduct TDS in both cases?

16 March 2017 In both the case deduct TDS on 31/12/2016.

16 March 2017 Thank you sir, but the credit to party should be on date of invoice. can we delay it just because to defer TDS liability?

16 March 2017 No need to consider the invoice date for liability. You can delay it.
