Tds in case of company providing services of transportation

My company is a private limited company.
I would like to know how much TDS should be deducted while making payment to another private limited company who transports goods to us and we pay a fees to them for transporting the goods to us.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

19 December 2015 All right, so in case I am making payment to a private limited company exceeding Rs. 75,000 in a year and the delivery vehicle company has less than 10 vehicles, but it has not given any declaration to the same, we should be deducting TDS@2% on the payment made. Am I Correct?
