Tds for revised return

I have filed original return for 27Q, now i wants file a revised return.But in this return only 1 deductee without PAN no. because foreign party.But when we put the details for downloading consolidate file from NSDL site,It needs deductee with PAN & TDS Amt. But i don't have a PAN. So how can i download a file ?
