How much TDS Percentage is Applicable for Material Cost + Service Charges bill. The Invoice Value is 32000. Material Cost is 70% and Service Charges is 30% and Plus Service Tax.

Yes. TDS applicable on gross value of bill, unless the material portion bill raised separately
