Tds for loading and unloading charges

if we are payment separately for loading and unloading charges weekly it tds applicable if yes then is it same as u/s 194C then what is the max limit of payment.

TDS will be applicable u/s 194C if Single payment exceeds Rs.30000 & Aggregate payment exceeds Rs.100000
