TDS exemption

Company is running into losses. I want to claim tax exemption in the name of the companies for all the Assessee even whose name is not mention in the Form No. 13. We are into Business of renting Studio and we are not aware about who will take our studio for rent. Whats is the solution..........

To claim TDS exemption we have to submit Form No. 13 with Name of the Assessee who is paying rent and Amount of Rent. Do we to submit form every time a new Assessee take our studio in rent whose name is not mentioned in Form No. 13?
