Tds entry disappeared

dear members
I am a individual assessee . one entry of tds deduction in my 26AS disappeared now, what could be the possible reasons for that and how can I recover the same deducted amount..?

Only possible reason TDS deductor might have revised the TDS return with removing your deductions

you have to contact the deductor of tds and and check your PAN submit by the deductor in his TDS return.

only option is get the return revised thru deductor by the form 16/A issued.
