what is the proceedure for missing of bank challan.

You will go to the nsdl site and after wards in to challan status inquiry, here you will see the two option
i) Tan Based inqiry
ii) challan no. based inquiry.
you enter your TAN, it will shows all the challan deposited by you during the period selected.
You will note the amount of challan, BSR Code, Challn No. to file the tds return.
You can also take the print of the same.

But now the view of challan status has been changed. You will now only get the information like, challan serial no., tender date. Now the BSR code information will not be avilable on NSDL site.
After entering the data you need to confirm the same & if the amount entered by you & amount as per database matched, then you need to download that challan file. At the time of validation you need to give the path of that challan file. If the data in TDS return & data in challan file disagree then you will get the error file.
