The co have to pay price rebate on account of export sales made to Poland for the period 01/04/2010 to 31/03/2011.Wether we have to deduct tax? Is ther any DTAA??

The percentage of rebate is restricted under FEMA.
Also there should be no TDS requirement if the foreign party doesn;t have PE in India

What would be the answer if the Indian Co pays rebate to its subsidiary in Poland..?
