Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to clarify one doubt regarding TDS Deduction.
i.e. M/s.ABC Ltd given a contract to another one person for its own Wesite designing .Whether that contract amount is subject to TDS under which category? Contract or Advertising?

please see whether the website designing is part of professional services. then 194J may be applicable

website designing is a technical service so TDS to be deducted under section 194J.
