17 September 2014 In the Income Tax return Assessment Year 2013-14 TDS amount Rs 10000/- not demanded,at the time of Income Tax filing. Please advice me - it is possible last A.Y TDS amount to be demanded in the current income Tax return in the Return 2014-15.

17 September 2014 If the return of AY 2013-14 was filed within due date then you can file revised return u/s 139(5) and claim the TDS amount.

17 September 2014 no return has been filied as on 19/12/2013, where due date was 05/08/2013

17 September 2014 you need to file request for rectification u/s 154. You can not claim it in the current year Return.

17 September 2014 In the Current A.Y in ITR -4 in the Schdule TDS page there was a column 5 & 6 where option for unclaimed TDS amount b/f , f/y in which deducted and amount b/f. Sir, please advice me In the Current year return A/Y 14-15 in this this column I would demand b/f Rs. 10000/-

17 September 2014 Dear you can brought forward something which you have shown as carried forward in earlier year. So i dont think you can brought forward this amount. You may also take view of other experts as well.
