U/S 194I TDS on Rent is in case of Rent on Land or builiding 10% and in case of Renton P & M , Equipment, furniture & fittings it is 2%

Dear Yogesh,
U/s 194I as amended by Finance Act, 2010 has increased the exemption limit from INR 120,000/- to 180,000/- p.a.
