Tds deduction on payment made to parking lots

Respected All,
Our company had paid Rs. 1 lacs towards reservation in parking lots for vehicles of our company. My question here is while making payment am i supposed to deduct TDS u/s 194I or TCS U/s 206C. Please clarify my doubt regarding the same.
