Please clarify whether TCS shall be deduction on inclusive of vat amount or excluding vat amount of bill
Sale 100 +Vat 4 Bill amount Rs. 104 then TCS would be deduct on 100 or 104

TCS & TDS ll be deductible only in basic value not on Tax amount.
