Which are the documents retained by the employer to allow 10 (13 A)exemption to an employee for computation of TDS on salary

The employer needs to retained the documents related to rent paid basically Rent receipt copies with thy PAN of land lord. How ever simple declaration is fine when the HRA exemption is up to Rs.3000/- P.M.
