We (a Pvt. Ltd. Co.) have subscribed for a legal software from a private limited software company. They have charged us an Annual Subscription fee + Service Tax @ 10.30%
I Want to know what rate (%) of TDS should be deducted by us while making them payment.

TDS to be deducted u/s 194J @10% on amount inclusive of Service Tax.
