sir i wan to knw whether tds is deducted on frieght charges paid by d assessee.

incase Goods Transport agency and having PAN, then no TDS otherwise TDA will apply

Nil TDS Applicable on payment of frieght by virtue of section 194C(6) if PAN is provided
.
.however under rule 31A it is mandatory to report the same in TDS return.
