23 September 2013 sir i wan to knw whether tds is deducted on frieght charges paid by d assessee.

23 September 2013 incase Goods Transport agency and having PAN, then no TDS otherwise TDA will apply

23 September 2013 Nil TDS Applicable on payment of frieght by virtue of section 194C(6) if PAN is provided

.however under rule 31A it is mandatory to report the same in TDS return.
