Dear Sir,
We have opened one one small PVT COMPANY who's annual turnover is less than Rs. 60,00,000/-.
In this regard is it necessary to deduct TDS against payment to contractors, professional fees, rent etc.

PVT limited companies need to comply the TDS provision irrespective of the turnover
