Tds deducted wrongly on invidual pan

11 December 2011 Dear all please solve my problem

my friend have two business(civil work contractors) one is sole proprietor another one is firm

my friend's firm have done one work in a private company they deducted TDS and deposited on his individual PAN A/c not in firm PAN A/c

So how can we file the returns
