Tds deducted under wrong section

Sir,
In one payment I have deducted TDS u/s 194C instead of 194J and same type of payment made to same party again. Can we deduct short TDS of 8% from this payment? If it is possible than how to file revise TDS return. Is any penalty levied if it is a matter of same F/y?

pls forget this error
due to if you revise this return then what you do of diff. tds deposited.
