Tds deducted but not deposied

Some one deducted TDS amount from our Rent but not deposited for previous year. it does not reflect in 26AS. Deductor is from Chennai and Deductee form Delhi
Now How and Where to complain ?

Request the deductor to deposit the TDS amount and file the TDS return so that deductee can get credit for the same. You may press the issue by contacting the jurisdictional AO TDS, Chennai of the deductor.
