how to claim the tds deducted by bank of an assesee whose return is not filed as his incone does not exceed taxation limit?which itr to be filed ?

U can file ITR if income is below taxable slab. And by giving TDS details u will see that at end there is a negative balance(Refund) which u will receive from IT dept. after all verification.
