Tds credit on income from prizes in kind

A person receives a car as winning from a game.He is asked to pay TDS first to the game organizer. The organiser will deposit tax so collected and issue TDS certificate to the winner. Will the person be able to get tax credit on such TDS deposited while he files his personal IT Return ?
