For how many years can the TDS dedcuted can be claimed as a setoff from the tax payable . Is there any time timit for claiming of the TDS credit .is there any circular mentioning upto the period till which tds deducted in earlier year can be claimed as refund.

TDS can be claimed in the relevant assessment year & previous year only. in case you miss to claim the particular year, the same return will be revised and claimed
