07 March 2018 I have have filed it return for f.y 16-17 after that i came to know that one of my party has deducted tds. Now can i claim that tds in 17-18. In this year i am not liable to pay tax how can i get refund.?

You can claim refund by downloading ITR-1 if your a salaried taxpayer, fill out the details and file it
