12 September 2012 Can we download/receive the TDS certificates in Form 16A in PDF file relevant to F.Y.2011-12 from NSDL Website related to My client being an Individual as Deductee on behalf of the Deductors i.e. Pvt and Ltd Companies and Banks directly or not.

this is because of reason not getting the same from Deductors till date particularly PSU and Nationalized Banks.

12 September 2012 The deductee CANNOT download the Form 16A unless he has the UIN provided by the deductor.

However, details of TDS can be viewed in Form 26AS, which is a valid proof.
