30 December 2009 company has deducted TDS from my payment and they are not sending me TDS certificate. How I trace out my tds certificate or figure.

30 December 2009 You can demand you TDS Certificate or

if you know the deductor TAN and Quarterly return acknowledgement number you can check your tax credit if the deductor deposited the amount to Govt with your PAN

31 December 2009 You can register with NSDL for Form 26AS to view tax credit.

The tax credit can be viewd from AY 2005-06 to current AY.
