Dear Sir,
While i am going to download from 16B, it show "No data available for specified search criteria.".
Kindly guide me.

Hi Faiz,
The message **"No data available for specified search criteria"** while downloading **Form 16B** usually means that either:
1. **No TDS has been deposited** against your PAN for the property transaction you are trying to check, or
2. The **TDS return has not been filed** by the deductor (buyer) for that transaction, or
3. You may be selecting the **wrong financial year, quarter, or incorrect PAN/deductor details** in the search criteria.
### Here’s what you can do:
* **Confirm with the buyer (deductor)** that TDS was deducted and deposited correctly and that the TDS return was filed.
* Check that you are using the **correct financial year and quarter** when searching on the TRACES portal.
* Make sure you are entering your **correct PAN and other details**.
* Sometimes it takes a few weeks after filing for the data to be available for download. If the TDS return was recently filed, try again after some time.
* If the buyer hasn't filed the TDS return, you can request them to do so.
If the buyer confirms the TDS was deposited and the return was filed but the data is still not available, you may contact the TRACES helpdesk for assistance.
